Employment Solutions promotes personal and economical independence. As a non-profit organization Employment Solutions is non-owned and is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board works strictly on an unpaid, volunteer basis. Any excess revenue generated by Employment Solutions is retained by the organization to further strengthen and promote our charitable mission.

Bluegrass Career Services (BCS) provides work readiness skills, permanent job placement and on-the-job support to people with barriers to employment.

College for Technical Education (CTE) offers vocational education within six occupational areas including Business Office Administration, Building and Maintenance Technician, Medical Billing and Coding, Early Childhood Education, Cosmetology and Medical Assistant.

Fresh Approach utilizes a workforce primarily of people with severe disabilities to process fresh vegetable and fruit products that are custom ordered by restaurants and food distributors.
