  • LIFE WORKS RESIDENTIAL

    Residential Level II Services

Residential level II services are an SCL 2 Waiver service. Life Works provides these services in family home provider's (FHP's) residences throughout Central Kentucky. Residential Level II services are provided to participants requiring up to a 24 a day level of support. Our services are designed and implemented to assist the participant in the most integrated setting appropriate to his or her needs.

FHP Services at Life Works Residential

At Life Works Residential we offer a unique residential experience by incorporating participants into a family dynamic within a home of their choosing. Family is not one size fits all and we work diligently to ensure participants have the opportunity to explore multiple family dynamics, homes, and roommate options in their selection with us.

Our participants experience family household routines, holidays, vacations and a variety of fulfilling experiences. They learn what it means to be an integral part of a home dynamic. This naturalized living environment provides an opportunity to acquire new skills, improve on or retain present sills and explore new experiences. For many participants this is an opportunity to develop an extended family and for others develop family relationships they have never had. Residing with a FHP offers a level of security and stability that is key to the achievement of personal goals and dreams.

If you feel living with a FHP is right for you or your loved one, we welcome the opportunity to meet and discuss what our various FHP's have to offer. Please contact Denise Hegge, Life Works Residential Director at 859-303-4463 ext. 606.
